Event Day
Preparation

Phat Nite 3 Start The Music!

Boogie worthwhile
- Rachel, Helper

A team of efficient individuals accompanied by an optimistic and calm I/Cs made impossible nothing.
- Yit Jing, Helper

Everything went well...except for the last part where OGLs and seniors just couldn't get it into their airheads that it's late and clearing up takes time...they just went partying on..
- Aldis, Crowd Control I/C

Phat Nite 3 ROCKED
- Anonymous SBM student

I felt ok...only the room too small
- Ivy, Logistics I/C

Service is very important to us because we need to serve according to customer's preferences and that the bar layout was great and the location is very cozy
- Nasir, F&B I/C

The last event of SIT club
for the semester.
Phat Nite, the combination
of SIT members and helpers
Committee or not,
we work together.
Without a doubt,
the best event ever
Though it could be better,
with an air freshener.
..haha..
What can I say,
I totally enjoy the event very much.
Preparing the whole day,
and helping the in-charge at nite
Mervyn's got the music out
He's sending the message out
Clear and loud
He's the man who's rockin ma' socks
Crayons, spray-paint and ink pens
I use to write in every colour i think in
to paint a picture with every rhyme that I speak in
this maybe the last event that I’m doing paintings
- Fawze, Helper

Phat Nite is an event that is not only enjoyable but meaningful event held since is the last event of all we managed to end it with a bang with presence of the committee, OGLs who helped n the seniors. Through this event we can really see how SIT worked as a team. With perseverance and responsibility, it pushed all of us to the maximum. With the theme Urban Nite Life it enhances the best ambience of the event. Most importantly it brought fun and excitement to both the participants and OGLs. Being part of Phaties, as a bouncer it instilled the responsibility in me to make things run smoothly through out the event. Indeed, it gave me an experience upon how a real bouncer works. Lastly, I would like to give my loudest cheer to All SIT Events ....3 cheers for all of us!!!
- Rayson, Helper

Could not have requested for a better team! This team is PSYCHO! Everyone and I MEAN EVERYONE ROX! From seniors to committee. Seniors were understanding and helpful, committee were dedicated and initiative. Everyone complements each other. It’s like pieces of puzzles fitting together perfectly without any extras. Well... I can't really express how much I lurve the Phaties in words but I suppose everyone feels the same. Well, I would also like to thank VO's Pub, Lynn for helping out in Phat Nite 3 despite her she has her stuff to do for her event. Overall, I think Phat Nite Committee has done an excellent job. I'll never forget the Committee of Phat Nite 3, the committee that was legendary. The committee that shone the brightest in the darkest and the committee that wrote history in my life. Many more i wish to say but I’m jus unable to put it to words... So I think I shall end here. Of all i said here, this is I think a minor percentage of what I really wanna say but unable to put in words. So yup.
- Nicky, Publication I/C

Phat Nite was a very high event. It brought the nite life into school campus . Being someone who can’t enjoy the night life outside, I feel that it was an almost close experience to it. I really enjoyed the event and getting high with my friends on the songs. Something different from normal routine activities in school. Had a great time with all my friends.
- Nas, SIT Exco

Phat Nite 3 Committee(2006)
The Legends that shine its brightest in the darkest.
Amazing. Simply Amazing Team ever... Always be... ever will be...

WHEN THE MUSIC FILL THEATRE OF THE ARTS>>

I have learned much about teamwork, enthusiasm and commitment out of VoiceOut, also with the power of one is able to do part but the power of a whole does everything.
- Allan, Tech Crew

VoiceOut is an event which is fun and will never be forgotten. As a runner in it, it gives me an experience of how things work smoothly with the assistance of our committees. We went through lots together since planning stage. Every trial, it makes us feel more confident and determine to put up the best of it on the event itself. Through the participants, I can say that they not only enjoyed what we had organized but also make new friends like us. To conclude, VoiceOut is the most memorable event for the VoiceOut family. Lastly, Hip Hip Hooray for SIT!!!
- Rayson, Runner IC

Something I will never forgot was when I asked Jia Qi if it was the last rehearsal, she replied, “No! It’s the actual, “Well, if I have a hat, I will take it off to Sailesh who covered me quite a bit. Don’t we all miss the last minutes rush preparation, cock ups at backstage and the tech crew room?
- Yit Jing, Ninja IC

A learning experience that all of us had walked through together hand in hand. With all the last minute work and unforeseen circumstances, we have made it happen on the day of the event. We have all learn how to work well with each other despite the tight schedule we had. Lastly, VoiceOut will be an event that I would never forget and will always remember =D
- Olive, Crowd Control IC

VoiceOut has been through quite a series of ordeal. Due to miscommunication and not having planned out well in the task assignment part, time was wasted due to our underestimation of the event. Through there were some setbacks but the team didn’t give up on it easily. I have to agree that it wasn’t the best event of all but everybody put in their efforts to the maximum; it’s a success to us.
- Jessica, Usher IC

VoiceOut 2006/07 has been a really unforgettable event. There were times when we had difficulties and problems. But we never gave up and continued to work hard for the event. I would like to thank the team of committee members and our seniors for all their hard work. My team and I had learnt a lot from this event. It was exciting and fun to be able to organize this event. The smiling faces which I see from my fellow colleagues and the audience made it all worthwhile. Once again, a MILLION thanks to everyone! Stay cheerful and happy always!

Bern Farewell

FAREWELL DINNER AT PIZZA HUT

SIT Club has a farewell dinner with Bern at Pizza Hut together with Bern's dad. Bern is going back to Indonesia and she had withdraw from her course todae. Thus, we have a dinner at Pizza Hut together, enjoying the last moment together.

"Bern, you must continue to update the blog of SIT. We'll email wat to update and change at the blog.."
- anders

"Bern, when you go indonesia you must remember our badminton sessions and our unique poses."
- chloe

"Bern, remember we have our farewell dinner for the SEG president at the same seats here. just like now."
- azzy

"Bern, talk to me! i'm bored!"
- kiafang

"Bern, let's take a picture of our spects sliding down to our noses."
- xavier

These are part of the conversations during this dinner. All these little conversations shows how much we cant bear to see her leaving. We sure are going to miss you Bern.

SIT Club gave Bern a picture of the excos with all our messages written behind, a necklace engraved SIT exco and also a disc of pictures we had taken all this while by andrew.

Bern, a girl so bubbly and forever smiling. Never ever will you get a chance to see her frown. "Always look at the bright side" she said. Our publication exco, wonderful wonderful girl. SIT is so fortunate to have this girl in our club. From an OGL till an Exco, what we have been through together cannot be described in words. From being scolded, guided by seniors till we scold and guide our juniors, all these memories, will not be forgotton. Bern, SIT Club loves you, truely.

It is really far too shocking to receive the news that Bern is going back to Indonesia so suddenly and we dun have the time to spend more time with this ger. Sweetie, we will miss you. Please don't forget about what we had gone through in SIT. We will send you pictures, we will send you everything, shirts, tags or whatsoever.
