AGM 2007
SIT Club will be having the AGM 2007.
Date: 31 August 2007
Time: 1430 -1700
Venue: LTL3
Attire: Casual Formal(Guests)
Other Clubs of NYP are welcomed to join us in this Commissioning. Invitation cards will be sent to you guys. Hope to see you there! =)
ALL EXCOs & OGLs TAKE NOTE
Regarding the attire for OGLs & EXCOs, please wear FORMAL on AGM. Thanks.
For EXCOs Gentlemen, please wear a tie.
OGLs Gentlemen need not wear a tie, this is for differentiation purpose.
And EXCOs, please report at 1.30pm at clubroom.
Blk L level 6 will be out of bound to ALL OGLs.
Likewise the AGM holding place will be out of bound to all EXCOs till AGM starts.
