Fireworks
Two days before the exams, some of our excos and friends met up to watch fireworks and marina south. Met up at 6 at city hall. Some of us already reached marine square and were having their dinner. So Zaty, Yit Jing, Cheryl, AO and i went to buy subway and head towards esplanade. Alvin lee caught up with us before we head off as he was late. Reached the spot at 7.15 and Zaty including AO start to take lots of pics. At 8pm, Kamal, Mervyn, Yew King, Eileen Neo, Nicky and Kenny meet up with us. Nicky waited till so bored that he even wanted to do a video. Our long wait ended at 9.15 when kites started to appear in the sky. The kites was flying in the sky for so long until Mervyn made a comment : "Oh Boy! Kites!" in the voice of Mickey Mouse. After 5 mins or so, FIREWORKS!! Here are some preview :
After the fireworks, May and Eileen Shui met up with us and we took a grp photo.
After that May went off while the rest of us decide on where to go. Decided on a roti prata shop near orchard and who going with who. Ended up is Alvin Lee, Kamal, Kenny and Yit Jing go by taxi, while Yew King, Cheryl and AO follows Eileen Shui' car and Nicky, Eileen Neo and me follow Mervyn's car. Before we separate, we took one last grp photo.
From this pic, we can clearly say that Alvin Lee is not good at taking photos. Even though its blur, he do not even know that his finger is actually blocking the lenes until i told him.
1030pm we reach the carpark at Suntec and wanted to exit it. Waited for an hour before its finally our turn to exit the place. We got so bored that we took pics of cars going the other direction.
The sign over at the corner clearly state "ONE WAY"
Halfway during our wait, Alvin Lee called us and told us that we have to wait for one and a half hours before our prata could be served to us. That is LONG. Ending we headed towards Chomp Chomp while Kamal, Alvin Lee, Kenny and Yit Jing head home.
Reached Chomp Chomp at 12am, on the way, Eileen Neo dropped off to meet her dad. Flaged a cab for Zaty as she have to went off. Once we settle down, Alvin Lee called and said that they are coming to meet us. A minute later, he called again and said they not coming. Had our food and chat abt cars after that home sweet home.
That's it for pre-exams happiness. All the best to everyone in their exams.
P.S : i think Alvin Lee going to screw me for putting that statement. lol..
